Requirements:
· Bachelor degree (Psychology) from reputable university.
· Minimum have 1 year experience in HR field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
· Have knowledge and understanding in Recruitment, Training & Development, Industrial Relation, Organization & People Development, Compensation & Benefit, General Affairs and Indonesia Labor Laws & Regulation
· Support the HR function such as recruitment, training administration, insurance and staff welfare etc.
· Confident, self-reliant, high integrity, trustworthy and consistent
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
· The candidate must have good oral and written communication skills with pleasant disposition, proficient in MS office and IT savvy.
